The caravanning market is highly brand-loyal, with an older demographic often hesitant to adopt new products. I was fortune to attend multiple trade shows between 2022–2026, and gained direct insight into customer behaviours and pain points.
This project focused on launching collapsible caravan waste and water tanks into a market with limited competition and strong existing preferences. To address these challenges, I led an Amazon-focused campaign built around clear, informative content that demonstrated product value and ease of use.
I directed both photography and videography to communicate key benefits, differentiate from competitors, and build trust with a cautious audience.
